Za'atar

Our signature Lebanese za'atar is a floral, tangy, and nutty blend of hyssop, sesame seeds, sumac, and sea salt. The za'atar is sourced from Baalbek in Lebanon's Bekaa Valley, blended in-house in small batches, and vacuum sealed for freshness.

Use it the traditional way on manoushe, serve it with labneh, mix it with olive oil as a dip, or add it to fish, chicken, vegetables, salads, and dressings. Available as a 100 g jar and a 1 kg bag.
