Fleur de Sel

Fleur de Sel is a delicate finishing salt hand-harvested in Anfeh, Lebanon. Its thin, fragile crystals form on coastal salt ponds during hot, dry, lightly windy conditions and are skimmed by hand using traditional tools, creating a crisp texture and clean, subtly floral taste with natural mineral complexity.

Sprinkle it over grilled fish, seafood, meats, roasted vegetables, salads, eggs, fresh bread with olive oil, chocolate, caramel, brownies, cookies, or ice cream just before serving.
