Mediterranean Herb and Salt Blend

A savory, herbal, and aromatic all-purpose seasoning made with sea salt from Anfeh, Lebanon and herbs and spices freshly ground in Aley. Smoked chili flakes provide a mild, slow-building warmth without making the blend chile-forward.

Use it on roasted vegetables, sauces, meats, pasta, fish, chicken, salads, shakshuka, and salmon. Because the blend already contains sea salt, start lightly and taste before adding more salt. Hyssop, also known as Origanum syriacum or za'atar, adds a floral, fragrant note.
